For over 35 years, I’ve been where you are, running multiple businesses and spending a good chunk of those years – 20+ in fact – in the construction sector.
The path you’re on? I’ve walked it. I’ve wrestled with sleepless nights and made tough choices. It’s these experiences that make me so passionate about supporting small business owners like you.
My difference? My unique blend of business insight, financial expertise, and marketing prowess – the triple threat that leads to success – is what I bring to the table.
As a seasoned business and marketing consultant, I’ve not only provided guidance to hundreds of contractors and trades business owners, but also served as a mentor, offering unbiased feedback and unwavering support.
My mission? To simplify their operations, enhance their project estimation and tracking skills, fine-tune their systems and processes, and devise effective strategies. All of this is geared towards setting them on the road to financial freedom.

My personal life? When I’m not deep in the business world, you’ll find me hanging out with my best friend and hubby, our two grown-up daughters, and our pair of chihuahuas. I’m a food lover with a weakness for coffee and ice cream, a fan of travel, palm trees, and the sea, and for over 30 years, I’ve been a proud advocate for local small businesses and economic growth.
We Give Back
As a domestic violence survivor, I served on the board of Martha’s House, a small rural domestic violence shelter for many years and have also written and published several articles to raise awareness regarding the signs of domestic violence, why women don’t leave and how to help break the cycle of domestic violence.
As I help my clients find success, I can give the women who come to Martha’s House a fighting chance to achieve their hopes and dreams. So, a portion of my fees earned through consulting and coaching services each year is donated to help Martha’s House provide emergency shelter, support, and resources to those in need.
